Shipping within Germany is handled by our contractual partner DHL/Deutsche Post.

The cost for a package weighing 0-5 kg, for example, is EUR 6.50 (including VAT).
Additional costs of EUR 5.95 (including VAT) will be charged for the extra work involved in cash on delivery payments and shipping.

Please note that DHL/Deutsche Post charges a transfer fee of EUR 2.00 for delivery and acceptance of payment.

Abroad, DHL/Deutsche Post usually hands over the parcels to the local or state postal service for delivery.
The cost of an international package depends on the delivery address, shipping weight, and the selected package rate.
Please refer to the information provided during the ordering process (checkout) for the respective costs.
You do not need to complete the order process to do this. Even if you submit the order, nothing will happen until we receive payment.

Ordering and delivery time

Most items are normally available from stock. We always strive to ship your order within a few days of receiving payment.

As a manufacturer, we produce a wide range of variants and are dependent on many suppliers, so depending on the item, longer delivery times may occur due to seasonal factors. We ask for your understanding in these cases.

No retail store

Please note that we do not operate our own retail store. If you would like to view products or pick them up directly, you must make an appointment with us in advance. Otherwise, you may find yourself standing in front of closed doors, or we may not have the parts you want in stock.
